Michelle has spent the last 25 years in clinical practice as an Acupuncturist and Labor & Delivery Nurse. She specializes in Women's Health and treats everything from pain & trauma to internal medicine. She supports women through all the phases of their life, menarche to menopause, with an emphasis on fertility and pregnancy.
This session combines acupuncture with an ancient warming treatment called moxibustion. The practice of "warming the mother" after birth is common all over the world and aids in healing and recovery after birth. It is a relaxing and restorative treatment! We recommend at least 2 Post Partum Recovery Sessions in the month following delivery.
