Dr. Sam's passion is supporting the nervous system. As a naturopathic doctor, she is trained in a range of modalities that support trauma renegotiation and resolution while also addressing the physical and physiological needs of your body. She does this by assessing hormone status, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic health, alongside mental and emotional well-being. Mission: To support individuals and groups in creating the necessary conditions for nervous system regulation, increasing overall vitality, and improving quality of life. Her approach focuses on building resilience and helping your system find its own way back to health. Her scope of practice includes Somatic Experiencing (somatic therapy), craniosacral therapy, conscious connected breathwork, psychedelic integration, individual and group facilitation, lab requisitions and blood work interpretation, functional testing: hormone, microbiome/gut health, and nutrient testing, medical nutrition, herbal medicine prescribing, IV nutrient therapy and injection therapies, and pharmaceutical prescribing.
