Sarah graduated from Acadia University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours. She offers photobiomodulation therapy, trigger point therapy, traction, concussion rehab post-physio diagnosis, and exercise and balance programs for older adults. These treatments can provide relief for many issues, such as muscle soreness or pain, arthritis, or muscle/ligament tears. She is currently in school at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada to become a Manual Osteopathic Therapist. She is especially passionate about the mind-body connection regarding mental health and stress. Sarah was previously an athlete herself and has competed at the varsity level. She is involved in coaching girl’s high school rugby and has experience acting as an athletic trainer for high school and bantam football teams. Because of this, she is familiar with sports settings and has a passion for helping athletes return to their sport.
