In May 2014, I teamed with Children's Wisconsin to develop and implement its first-ever Pediatric Massage and Touch Therapy Program. This partnership ended unfortunately in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. In 2017, I received special training to work with cancer patients and survivors. In 2018, I initiated training in CranioSacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute. To date, I have completed Level I and II and recently completed Somatic Emotional Release training as part of the The Upledger Institute's Core Curriculum. I am excited to continue my journey towards certification with special focus in pediatric CranioSacral Therapy. Further, KANNAI Therapeutic Massage LLC is an approved vendor with IRIS and the Children's Long-Term Support Waiver Programs providing therapeutic massage services for qualified adults and children under the Wisconsin Medicaid Program. Neuromuscular Therapy uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems. Therapist utilizes aromatherapy, passive and active range of motion, hot stones, moist hot towels, and Sombra (Cool or Warm Therapy) to help soothe soft tissue.
Lymphatic Drainage
Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage is a modality that helps move stagnant or congested lymphatic fluid within our lymphatic system by directing it toward the lymph nodes. This modality is supportive to humans who are receiving or have received oncology treatment, radiation therapy, cosmetic surgery, or who live with an auto-immune disease or other chronic conditions.
