Jason is a physiotherapist from North Delta. He completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at UFV, followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) in Australia. A lifelong soccer player, he stays active through exercise and various different recreational sports. He is an evidence-based practitioner who prioritizes an exercise-based approach to optimize movement, recovery, and performance, while incorporating manual therapy when needed to achieve the best outcomes for his patients. Jason’s mission is to help people move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best, whether in sport, work, or daily life.
