I graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School, Class of 2022. Though interested in massage, it was the experience of getting a massage at the Calgary Stampede which led me to finally pursue this path. I am excited to work together with my growing client base. Together with my bachelors in Kinesiology and exercise experience, I aim to take a movement based approach to complement my treatments. I excel in my application of Sport Massage while also being skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Fascial, Joint Mobilization, Joint Health, Scar, Reflexology, Cupping, and Stretch techniques. “I’m here to work with you so we can maintain and improve your optimal functional mobility.”
