Massage
Natasha Bukowski is certified in Indie Head Massage. She is not a registered massage therapist and therefore extended health benefits (ie Manulife, Sunlife etc.) do not cover this service. Indie head massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, and upper arms. It increases circulation, relieves stress and depression, improves lymphatic drainage, improves mental clarity, improves sleep quality, and is deeply calming to the nervous system.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a specialized treatment for the feet that encourages the release of tension, decreased stress and improved circulation. Reflexology is done by putting pressure on various points in the feet that stimulate particular nerve endings and can refer to other areas of the body. Many patients have a profound sense of relaxation and increased energy following their treatment. Note: Reflexology is a wellness therapy, not a cure for serious complaints or conditions. It can help reduce some symptoms and pain. It is not recommended for those with the following conditions: blood clots, diarrhea, fever, open wounds or skin infections.
Lymphatic Drainage
Support your body's natural recovery and regulation with this gentle, quiet full body MLD treatment.
