Nicole is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. She found her passion for healing the body with movement while working as a pilates instructor. Nicole is certified in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace, having completed levels 1, 2A, and 2B. Nicole is also a certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist and is a co-owner of Pelvic Core Physical Therapy. Nicole has a passion for providing inclusive PT services for all genders experiencing pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and bowel and bladder dysfunction, and has experience providing trauma informed care.
A comprehensive physical therapy involves a thorough orthopedic examination of your hips, spine, and body mechanics, as well as an external and internal pelvic floor muscle evaluation to our client’s comfort level. From our findings we will discuss a plan of care with our clients which may involve lifestyle changes, exercise instruction, and manual (hands on) treatment from your physical therapist. Pelvic floor physical therapy is a holistic, whole body approach.
