Judith Mier is a board certified acupuncturist and massage therapist. She has over 18 years of experience in the field of alternative care. Judith completed a massage therapy program at the Soma Institute in 2009 and National University of Health Sciences in 2020 with a Master of Science Oriental Medicine. Judith has spent her whole career helping people the natural way. With her 18 years of experience treating musculoskeletal is second nature. These days helping those with mental and physical pain through acupuncture is some of the work she enjoys most. Helping those with autoimmune disorders is also something she is passionate about. She enjoys treating people with complicated conditions with their own personalized care that really makes them feel seen versus going from specialist to specialist for healthcare. Judith is also certified in cosmetic acupuncture and enjoys working with people's beauty inside and out.
An initial visit is required for clients who are new to Golden Hour and recommended for anyone we have not seen in over one year. During this initial consultation, you and your practitioner will spend time reviewing your health history, medications / supplements and the details of your current health concerns. We also talk more specifically about acupuncture, your health goals and answer any questions you may have. A treatment is included in this visit and you will leave with a treatment plan, including the recommended coarse of treatments, dietary and lifestyle guidance.
