I have had much success assisting clients after tummy tucks and liposuction with a multi-week lymphatic drainage treatment plan. Lymphatic drainage is also helpful with fibromyalgia and increasing immunity.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Various stones may be used or a choice can be made. CoreStones, Himalayan Salt Stones, Synergy Stones or Basalt Stones may be used. Each session is tailored to client need.
