I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From physical injuries and pain to energy healing and stress relief, I can work with your body and being to get you feeling healthier as a whole.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oils. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
