After, over 10 years in the traditional healthcare setting, Krista realized she wanted to follow her passion of natural wellness and began her journey to massage. Growing up in a family that played in energy work and metaphysics, Krista became Healing Touch level 1 certified in 2004, with her mother. In 2012, she received her certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner from Red Rocks Community College and that led her to massage school. Graduating from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2013 with 900 hr certification in massage therapy and became a registered massage therapist in the state of Colorado. During massage school, Krista found her passion for CranioSacral Therapy(CST) and is continuously studying with the Upledger Institute to continue her training in varying CST classes. She also works with infants and postpartum mamas. Krista, has also taken Matrix Energetics seminars. In addition to Massage and CST, Krista also has a passion for nutrition and health (she is a certified health coach), aromatherapy, herbs, yoga, exercise, nature, and continuing to learn about the body.
