Chris studied Physical Education at VIU for 2 years, transferring to the University of Victoria where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Performance (Kinesiology). He then completed the first two years of a BSc between the University of Victoria and the University of Alberta. He began studies at The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1993 and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1997. He subsequently completed 2 years of post graduate Chiropractic Orthopedic Studies through the University of Western States. Chris obtained his Certified Pedorthist credential through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics in the US, and his Canadian Certified Pedorthist Credential through the University of Ontario. He completed practical experience in Tampa Florida, Dayton Ohio and Halifax Nova Scotia. In 2013 Chris was appointed by his peers to the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia, as the Vancouver Island Director. He has subsequently been re-elected twice. He has served as the Vice Chair of the Discipline Committee, a member of the Patient Relations Committee and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee. He served on the Pedorthic Education Task Force for the College of Pedorthics in 2016-2017. He is a single father of 3 teenage children who continue to contribute to increased annual mileage on his Toyota.

A new patient first visit includes a review of your medical history and a physical examination. You will receive a diagnosis of your condition, a treatment plan and a treatment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
