I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014, graduating from WCCMT in the Lower Mainland. My practice prioritizes guiding patients into feelings of release and decompression; empowering them to be mindful of their entire system. I am passionate about helping patients create practical, easy going, self care routines; weaving a variety of movement, strengthening and relaxation into their daily lives. Working with an evidence informed lens, I integrate effective holistic practices into a balanced, whole body approach. My hands on treatment is simple, anchored in flow and feel good touch. I use Swedish, Neuromuscular & Fascial techniques, as well as gentle joint mobilizations. I enjoy foraging, trail running, sailing, traveling, building art installations & producing music. Born in Kazakhstan, I immigrated to Vancouver in 2001. I come to Victoria from Powell River, where I lived for 3 years.
This is the most common length of treatment when a new issue has arisen or in the early stages of treatment.
