I grew up in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. I’m an avid volunteer with the homeless as well as a part time tutor for elementary students. I’ve always been fascinated with fitness and bodywork. In 2021, I completed my massage program at the American Massage & Bodywork Institute (AMBI). My massage specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching and Mobilization massage. My fitness specialties focus on general fitness, weight loss and rehabilitation.
