Olivia graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to pursue physiotherapy and earned her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 2017 from the University of Toronto. Since graduating, she has taken continuing education courses in soft tissue release, active muscle release, shoulder injury management, sports taping, and acupuncture. She has also received her Level 1 Manual Therapy and Level 2 - Lower certifications from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She enjoys working with people of any age and has an interest in sports rehabilitation. She has experience working with children and teenagers during her placements in the Physical Therapy program and worked as a camp counselor for several years. Olivia likes to maintain an active lifestyle through swimming, and strength training/conditioning. She is a former competitive dancer and swimmer, and played Ultimate Frisbee for several years. Olivia really believes in the importance of exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her treatments focus on education, exercise, manual therapy and use of modalities to help her patients reach their goals.
