I graduated from Alpha School of Massage and have been practicing for over 15 years. As I was growing my practice, I taught massage therapy at Heritage Institute and Sanford Brown Institute which made me very knowledgeable in several modalities. I feel every client is different which is why I tailor each massage to fit each client with what they have going on that day. I specialize in deep tissue and massage cupping. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
