Lindsey completed her Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2010, and Baccalaureate in Human Kinetics in 2008, at the University of British Columbia. She has since continued post-graduate training in the areas of Manual Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural manipulation, Pilates, Posture Correction, and the McKenzie Method. Lindsey has also received certification in the practice of Anatomical Acupuncture, and is a Gunn IMS certified practitioner. Additionally, Lindsey is a registered 200hr Yoga instructor. Lindsey’s experience as a physiotherapist varies, although her passion is working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Competing in her younger years on a provincial level in Boarder Cross and Slopestyle, and internationally on the Canadian Trampoline Team Lindsey understands the demands athletes place on their bodies and minds. Raised in the mountains of Revelstoke, Lindsey has always valued a healthy lifestyle. Today an avid skier, mountain biker, and overall lover of mountain life, she knows personally as well as professionally the benefit of a healthy body.
