All LMTs accept cash/out of pocket, CHUSA, and MVA patients.** My massage practice is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when the body feels supported, listened to, and safe enough to soften. I offer therapeutic bodywork that blends Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and somatic awareness to support ease of movement, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with the body. Sessions are slow, intentional, and responsive. Whether addressing chronic tension, stress, pain patterns, or simply the need for restoration, my approach balances specific structural work with creating space for the nervous system to settle. My work is also informed by my study of Tui Na and East Asian perspectives on the body, including curiosity around how movement, tension, and vitality are expressed through the whole person. My path to massage grew from years exploring movement, mindfulness, yoga, and the connection between our physical bodies and lived experiences. After many years working in technology, I was drawn toward work centered around presence, connection, and helping others reconnect with themselves. My intention is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more alive in your body.
