Hello! I am an individual Licenced Massage Therapist. I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in March of 2024. I started my massage journey on a quest to find myself. I ended up finding my passion and purpose along the way. Helping people heal themselves from the inside out. I specialize in Neuromuscular [trigger point] massage and also Therapeutic [relaxation] Massage. I am trained in other modalities as well such as Maternity and Infant Massage, Lymphatic Drainage as well as Hot and Cold Stone Massage. I am also trained in Foot Reflexology.
