Paula has been a Registered Massage Therapist for nearly 30 years, graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1997. Since then, she has remained in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, building a career rooted in skill, dedication, and compassion for her clients. With a strong foundation in both massage therapy and nursing, Paula brings a deep knowledge of the human body to her practice. She is highly skilled in cupping therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial stretching tailoring each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs—whether it’s injury recovery, pain management, or stress relief. As an active triathlete and lifelong sports enthusiast, Paula understands firsthand the demands of training, competition, and overuse injuries. Her experience in volleyball, triathlons, duathlons, running, cycling, and swimming allows her to connect with athletes of all levels while offering targeted care for sport-specific challenges. She is equally passionate about helping non-athletes manage postural issues, work-related strain, and everyday tension.

General Swedish massage is performed when the patient wants to relax. It is done with oil and used to calm down the nervous system helping relieve stress and improve sleep.
