Since 2010, my work has focused on the management and treatment of pelvic floor, abdominal, uro-gynecological and lumbopelvic dysfunctions. If you are experiencing any of these conditions, or if you have concerns (e.g. pain, or discomfort) in the pelvic/core regions, then I am here to support you. You will receive clear, actionable guidance to improve your quality of life. Looking back on my life, I can see the thread that is woven through all of my experiences and passions. Facilitating and leading others to create connection and belonging, bringing ease to others, and supporting the whole person (not just assessing and treating physical concerns or dysfunctions) gives rise to deep healing, and I am honoured to hold this space in my physiotherapy practice. When I am not supporting clients, you can find me spending time with my three kids, dancing up a storm at Dance Temple, connecting with my community, and advocating for marginalized groups and healthy sexuality. about Laura
