Ann-Julie is a graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, BC. She works with individuals of all ages and activity levels, with a particular interest in helping active individuals and athletes recover from injury, manage pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Each treatment is tailored to the client's unique needs and goals. Guided by a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, assessment, and therapeutic massage techniques, she provides evidence-informed care to support recovery, improve function, and promote overall well-being through individualized treatment plans, patient education, and home care. A longtime Squamish resident, Ann-Julie understands the physical demands of the local outdoor lifestyle. Outside the clinic, she enjoys climbing, snowboarding, running, and spending time with her family.
