Seattle Massage Sauna & Float
Seattle Massage Pro allows me to combine a medical massage background with relaxation massage in a calming, beautiful atmosphere. I love to focus on creating a unique, one of a kind session for each person. Even though the techniques might be familiar, the actual massage never is the same because it is based on the body's needs for that particular day. Massage Styles: Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Postpartum Massage, Muscle Specific Deep Tissue, Integrative Massage, Intraoral Certified, Triggerpoint, Myofascial Therapy. My personal massage style might be slightly different than what you're used to-- I am not as zen as you might expect a massage therapist to be. I would say more aligned with sports massage: using a faster pace along with active release techniques, muscle specific deep tissue treatment, rhythmic tapotement, and of course a lot of laughter, would describe a session with me. I like to be up-front about it not necessarily being a typical spa session, to set expectations accurately. I always look at posture and gait to help analyze where tightness in the body might be holding on. I believe that even if it is focused work, you will still feel more relaxed when your pain and tightness is addressed.
