Rob gained his degree in Osteopathic Medicine sixteen years ago and has been treating patients as an Osteopath and Naturopath since. He has gained further training in many aspects of natural health care including Cranial Osteopathy, Emotions Mentoring Life Coaching, Herbalism, Mindfulness and Barefoot Running coaching and more. Natural medicine became a life quest for Rob after becoming very ill in his late teens and mainstream medicine not having any success in diagnosing or treating his severe joint pains, brain fog and fatigue. Having found answers and learned how to effectively manage his health, and eventually thrive, this is something he loves to help others achieve in their lives too. Rob loves the outdoors, especially the mountains and lakes of Eryri, which he swims in year round. He lives just outside Llanfairpwll with his wife and four children
