Most importantly, she cares about using a collaborative and functional approach to tailor each patient’s treatment plan to their specific needs and goals. About Originally from the BC Interior, Meghan has lived in Melbourne, Toronto, Portland, and Seattle, but returned to Vancouver in 2020. She grew up with seven siblings (and only one bathroom!) and stayed active with swimming, diving, soccer, boxing, and dance. These days, she still moves most days—whether it’s yoga, strength training, biking to a patio, paddleboarding, or hiking. Why She Became a Chiropractor Because she’s a giant nerd. (Her own chiropractor eventually told her to stop asking so many questions and just become one.) She genuinely loves anatomy, movement, and helping others build a better relationship with their bodies—whether that’s through manual therapy, strength and mobility work, or lifestyle coaching focused on sleep, stress, and agency. Athletics Yoga (20+ years) – formerly an instructor Strength and conditioning – taught group classes, still does personal training Pickleball – new obsession; sore loser who forgets when she’s won Cycling – mostly scenic rides on “Princess Buttercup” (her cruiser), but recently upgraded to a racing bike and is learning to love the Lycra Fun Fact Cookies and banana bread are her kryptonite. Meghan will happily nerd out on anatomy, Formula 1, or her favourite bird-watching app. (She will also show you 12 photos of her niece Ruby unless you stop her.)
Clinical grade, goal oriented exercise session.
