I have been a licensed massage therapist. Holistic Health Practitioner and a Reiki Practitioner since 2011. Graduated from Mueller College and have since accumulated over 10000 hours of massage practice working with chiropractic clients, professional athletes and with acute injuries. After evaluating each client’s individual structure, I create a structured protocol to address muscular and fascia impingement in order to create space within the body to help release acute and chronic pain. A typical therapeutic session with me will include a structural analysis, myofascial-release and a site-specific treatment. I am very passionate about helping people find their way back to health and fitness. It is my mission to change the world by improving the lives of everyone single person I come into contact with. Massage
60 minute session of a customized massage modalities: myofacia release, sports massage, thai massage, reflexology, swedish massage, deep tissue , trigger point thrapy or lymphatic massage .
Lymphatic Drainage
accelerate muscle recovery, boost circulation, and reduce swelling. By sequentially applying dynamic, pulsing air pressure to the legs, they mimic the body's natural muscle contractions. This process flushes out metabolic waste, relieves stiffness, and drives oxygenated blood to the tissues.
