The sense of relief I found inspired me to learn how to offer that experience to others. It is a privilege to support people in returning to a deeper relationship with their bodies and to create a safe space for healing. I draw from a variety of modalities, including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. My work is focused in deep relaxation and diving into that to help you and your body feel safe, and open to releasing muscular and/or emotional strains. I combine intuitive touch and clinical knowledge to create a holistic session. Every session is shaped around your individual needs. Together, we will collaborate to find an approach that feels supportive and healing in reaching your body work goals. Through intentional touch and attentive presence, I aim to create a warm and comforting environment.
