I became a massage therapist because I saw firsthand how massage helped my children with common childhood ailments like ear drainage and promoted healing for many tractor backs and hard-working ranchers. I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1996 and started my own practice as a Neuromuscular Therapist. I am certified in level 1 Upledger Cranial Sacral and have experience working alongside Chiropractors and in a Physical Therapy setting. I love to treat hip problems with massage and cranial sacral techniques. As a farm girl, I learned how to reduce pain in low backs and tractor necks.
