Jane graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through movement. She believes that movement is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, experience, or medical condition, and works collaboratively with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that are both effective and enjoyable while supporting their unique goals and lifestyle. Jane provides evidence-based exercise therapy and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She enjoys helping patients recover from sports injuries, motor vehicle accident (ICBC) injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her goal is to reduce pain, improve strength and function, restore confidence in movement, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of the clinic, Jane enjoys staying active through rock climbing and strength training at the gym. When she's not climbing, you'll often find her exploring local cafés or spending time with friends over a board game.
