Kam is a Registered Kinesiologist who earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. After two years of clinical experience as a kinesiologist, she pursued advanced training in physiotherapy, completing her Master of Physiotherapy in Australia. During her graduate studies, Kam developed strong clinical expertise in comprehensive assessment, manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and evidence-informed treatment planning. She is currently preparing for her Canadian licensing exams to become a fully registered physiotherapist. Through her work with ICBC, WSBC, and private clients, Kam has supported individuals recovering from a wide range of injuries. She specializes in movement assessment, personalized exercise prescription, injury rehabilitation, and functional recovery programs. Her goal is to help clients rebuild strength, restore mobility, prevent re-injury, and return to daily life, work, or sport with confidence. Fluent in both English and Punjabi, Kam is proud to serve a diverse community and ensure her patients feel understood and supported throughout their care. Outside the clinic, Kam enjoys staying active and spending time with family. Having grown up playing soccer and navigating her own injuries, she appreciates firsthand the value of movement-focused treatment and functional rehabilitation. As a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists, Kam is committed to delivering individualized, patient-centered care. She tailors each session to meet her clients’ unique goals, helping them recover fully, regain confidence, and move better in everyday life.
