Adrienne offers 38 years of reflexology experience. Reflexology is their first love and passion in bodywork. They began as self taught at age 13, and continued to explore and educate themselves in reflexology until they finally became professionally certified in 2005. They are skilled in hands and feet, as well as some work on the ears. They have been a reflexology educator since 2006. The amazing and wonderful thing about reflexology is it is safe for nearly everyone, and almost anyone can learn to do it for themselves.
