Iwona graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College in 1999 and Paramedic Program at Humber College which she graduated with Honours in 2010. This unique combination of alternative and conventional medical training allows her to make informed, evidence-based decisions regarding the safety and effectiveness of the treatments she provides. Her extensive training also includes Craniosacral Therapy, Advanced Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Cupping Therapy. In 2019, Iwona completed the rigorous four-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating with a Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). As an Osteopathic Practitioner, her mission is to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being. She firmly believes that the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself when structure and function are in harmony, and her role is to facilitate and support that natural healing process. In 2024, Iwona joined ICT Kikkawa College as an Instructor, where she educates and mentors future Registered Massage Therapists. With over 25 years of clinical experience and a multidisciplinary healthcare background, Iwona brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to treatment, supporting her patients on their journey toward better health and improved quality of life.

This treatment is subject to 13% HST in accordance with Ontario tax regulations. Discuss with your RMT which pressure do you need. Swedish Massage is great way to relax and unwind. Helps to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Deep Tissue Massage treatment helps reduce pain, discomfort on soft tissue , increase ROM, improve your posture and makes you pain free. Cupping therapy may be included depends of your needs. Please talk about this modality with your RMT.

Osteopathy

Osteopathic Treatment - 55 min.

This treatment is subject to 13% HST in accordance with Ontario tax regulations. Before your osteopathy session, you will have a thorough assessment of your health, posture, and musculoskeletal function. Follow-up visits may be suggested to support long-term well-being. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant medical information to help your osteopath provide the best care.
