Dr. Richard Chien is a lifelong academic who strives to connect scientific evidence to clinical practice. His approach to care is focused on individual goals, injury prevention and comprehensive education to empower his patients. He believes in a team-based strategy, working in partnership with other healthcare and fitness professionals as an integrated network that helps patients optimize their health. Dr. Chien studied at McMaster University, completing the Honours BSc. of Kinesiology before moving to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has also obtained a Golf Medical Level 2 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and is currently pursuing continuing education with TPI. First time appointment utilizing chiropractic analysis to understand the necessary steps in improving function. Treatment will begin with an introduction to various techniques that may include, adjustments of the spine, soft tissue therapies, and exercise therapies.
