Amy Matheson brings over two decades of experience to the Luminate team, having graduated from the Canadian College of Natural Medicine in 2002. For the past 23 years, she has dedicated her practice to cultivating a calming environment where clients feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. She is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). Amy is thrilled to bring her expertise to Luminate’s beautiful multidisciplinary setting. Her goal is to promote long-term wellness through personalized treatment plans and consistent, compassionate care. While she tailors every session to the individual, her clinical interests include myofascial work, cupping therapy, and treating chronic pain in the back, shoulder, and neck. Amy deeply believes that while everyone’s path to wellness looks different, caring for the whole self—mind and body—is essential. She advocates for finding balance and purpose, and prioritizing the things you love to enjoy the journey. When she isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys the thrill of antique hunting and expressing her creativity through painting and crafting.
For those clients who have had a massage at our clinic before.
