Hannah’s career in the health and wellness industry began in 2023 when she completed her certification in Personal Training. While working with clients who had diverse goals, abilities, and lifestyles, she noticed common issues such as tight muscles that impacted the body’s ability to move optimally. Dedicated to learning more about the body and how to restore balance, she completed her Registered Massage Therapy diploma at Kootenay Columbia College in Nelson, BC. Hannah’s personal approach to massage therapy focuses on releasing muscular tension, retraining posture, and targeting muscle imbalances to enhance day-to-day life. She uses techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. Each session begins with listening to your personal goals and concerns which are addressed through hands-on assessment, targeted treatment, and tailored homecare to help you feel your best. Whether you’re feeling tense and stiff from work, recovering from an injury, or looking to relax and unwind, Hannah is committed to supporting your health and wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys weight training, golfing, crocheting, and walking her two golden labs.
