As 2002 graduate of the Polarity Realization Institute in Westboro, MA, I am certified in holistic and deep tissue massage, and advanced polarity therapy. I have additional training in Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), orthopedic massage and pain management, myoskeletal alignment techniques, mature scar tissue release, and cancer massage. I am also a former faculty member of Spa Tech Institute, Westboro, MA where I taught a variety of massage techniques and theory.
Massage
Comprehensive session integrating as needed traditional massage, energy healing, lymph drainage therapy and stretching into a deeply satisfying experience. Each session generally begins with a warm foot soak using specially formulated bath salts. Hot stones, crystals and essential oils may be incorporated into the session to enhance your experience and promote healing.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) stimulates the lymphatic system. It is a very gentle, hands-on procedure that will eliminate fluid retention, cleanse your body and eliminate toxins and trapped proteins in your tissues. Among the many positive effects on your body, it will stimulate your immune system, help you to relax, release stress and emotional trauma, and help reduce swelling from physical injury or trauma.
