I am a skilled and intuitive massage therapist dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. With a holistic approach rooted in both experience and empathy, I see therapeutic massage and self-care as essential components of a vibrant, balanced life. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of bodywork modalities—including Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue Massage—I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, creating space for deep healing, stress relief, and restored alignment. I began my journey as a holistic health practitioner in 2010 and formally trained at the National Holistic Institute, where I completed 900 hours of massage therapy education in 2018. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and a commitment to empowering clients through compassionate, informed touch.
