After working as a personal trainer, I realized I wanted to be more involved in people’s rehabilitation journey. That led me to complete my Physiotherapy degree at City St. George’s, University of London in 2016. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade coaching and five years practicing as a physiotherapist, working with everyone from competitive athletes to weekend warriors, seniors, and kids, at every stage of their recovery. My background in sports like rugby, rowing, and skiing (I’m also a certified Level 2 Ski Instructor) gives me a firsthand understanding of injuries, rehab, and what it takes to get back to doing what you love. Like many therapists, my own sports injuries motivated me to practice. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me making the most of BC life, skiing, hiking, biking, and running. I’m also a big fan of live music, good food, and exploring the North Shore whenever I can. Credentials/ Accreditations: -Fellowship of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy -Level 5 Orthopaedic Division; Canadian Physiotherapy Association
