I believe wellness is a collaborative journey that goes far beyond the massage table. With a background in the fitness and wellness industry, I created my practice from a desire to move beyond temporary relief and support lasting change through bodywork, movement, and education. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand their bodies, improve function, and build sustainable wellness practices that support everyday life. By working together, I aim to provide care that is not only restorative, but empowering, proactive, and rooted in long-term wellbeing.
The UNM-Taos Massage Therapy Students will work with the public providing a 60 minute Swedish/Deep Tissue treatment. Client will fill out an intake form and participate in a brief interview pre treatment to determine areas of interest.
