Lindsey has been a Massage Therapist since October 2010. She attended WellSprings where she became passionate about helping people heal. She practices many modalities including Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Lindsey also provides add-ons for your massage. Choose from Hot Stones, Sinus/Headache Massage, Relaxing Foot massage, or add CBD lotion to any of your massages.

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Its very relaxing and helps with swelling and excess water wait. You will receive a Dry Brush with your first treatment.
