The picture you see is of me competing at the National Massage Championship. This is after winning the State of Tennessee Massage Championship . The reason I am using this picture is so that you are not shocked by me the first time we meet. I am a big guy, but also gentle. I am one of the most empathetic, compassionate and gentle massage therapists that you will work with. I'm a native Tennessean who is also a combat veteran and a business owner for over 20 years. Now I'm a proud Licensed Massage Therapist. How did this happen? As life often does, it leads us down a path we are not expecting, and I discovered that I have a passion for massage therapy. Why massage? In normal business you help people with a product or a service. You're glad to be of help. But massage is another level of this. You meet total strangers that are stressed out and run down with everyday life. They may have tight muscles, pain, joint soreness or just desperately need to relax. As a therapist I can help this person feel like the center of the universe for a short time. During your session I will bring focus and compassion to your wellbeing. How cool is that! Massage
Full body Hot Stone Massage uses smooth stones that are heated with oil. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. The stones become an extension of the therapist’s hands. The use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Not just your back, this is a full body treatment. This massage is nothing short of delicious to experience.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans waste, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells. Once a large amount of waste is eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to have increased energy level. Plus this is a super relaxing massage. Most clients slip away into sleep.
