Dr. Sarah Hardy Walsh is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a practice rooted in whole-person, family-centered care. She supports mothers from pregnancy through the early years — bringing together her clinical training and lived experience to offer the kind of thorough, unhurried care that many mothers have never had access to before. Sarah’s work is guided by a simple belief: that when mothers feel genuinely well and supported, families and communities thrive. Her approach combines naturopathic medicine, infant feeding expertise, and a deep understanding of matrescence — the profound psychological and identity transformation of becoming a mother — to help women feel less alone in the experience of early motherhood and more connected to their own inner knowing.
