Chantelle graduated from the Massage Therapy program with honours at Okanagan Valley College of Massage. As a life-long Okanagan resident, she is thankful to be able to live and work in the beautiful community of Glenmore. She enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal ailments/complaints including headaches, low back pain, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, TMJD, and many more. Favourite techniques to use include; active techniques, use of IASTM, myofascial release, trigger point release, and Swedish techniques. She believes in clients having an active role in their well-being and is happy to provide home care (stretches, exercises) to facilitate longer relief and support the well-being of the client.
