Kelsea graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2016. She knew early on in life that she wanted to be a healthcare practitioner and was attracted to the idea of healing through touch. Kelsea strives to create the best experience of massage therapy by working with each patient to implement individualized treatment plans to accomplish their healthcare goals. She encourages a healthy lifestyle by promoting consistency to a long-term health care plan for injury prevention. Her modalities she uses in treatment most often but are not limited to myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, Swedish massage and deep tissue release when appropriate. Kelsea is passionate about helping to relieve her patient’s pain and discomfort through massage therapy, treating each patient with kindness and professionalism. She is confident that she can work in partnership with each patient to help them reach their individual treatment goals.
