Received professional personal trainer certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association #2530865) in 2020. That drove me to want to help people get better at taking care of themselves, so I decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Madison School of Massage Therapy August of 2022 and became licensed December 2022 #6116. I now have 900+ hours of post-license hands on experience and am currently improving my skills through mentorship and continued education. My love for helping others succeed drives me to develop the skills necessary to help you achieve the goals you set. I will strive to help you become the best YOU possible!! I am the owner of B.A.R.S. Under Development LLC where I do Personal Training ( full fitness as well as Boxing), Assisted Stretches, and a number of different Massage Modalities! I also work alongside Afton Harris at Balance Massage Therapy and Melaine Stover at Miraculous Massages as a mentee! I am constantly learning and growing into a better therapist!
