Karl is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and return to daily life with less pain and greater confidence. He has built a strong reputation treating ICBC patients, helping those recovering from motor vehicle accidents manage whiplash-associated disorders, soft tissue injuries, reduced mobility, and persistent pain. At a time when many clinics have stepped away from ICBC care, Karl continues to welcome these patients and is committed to helping them recover safely and effectively. Karl specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, PNF stretching, and other advanced therapeutic techniques. He has had great success treating conditions such as herniated discs, frozen shoulder, sciatica, chronic low back pain, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain injuries, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. He also treats many nurses and teachers, giving him extensive experience helping with the physical strain, muscle tension, and chronic discomfort that often come from demanding professions, long shifts, and repetitive movement. Known for his personalized approach, Karl takes the time to listen, assess thoroughly, and educate his patients so they understand both the cause of their pain and the path toward improvement. While he enjoys deeper therapeutic work, he adapts every treatment to the individual, ensuring patients of all ages and comfort levels feel at ease. With over 10 years of experience in sports medicine, physiotherapy clinics, and long-term care, Karl has also worked with Ballet BC, supported athletes at national sporting events, and treated Team Canada athletes competing in track and field, kendo, and bobsleigh. Karl believes every treatment should have purpose, every patient should feel heard, and every person deserves the opportunity to feel their best.
