I've been practicing massage therapy for over 15 years and truly love helping people feel better in their bodies. My approach is therapeutic, intuitive, and personalized- no two sessions are ever exactly the same. I take time to listen and tailor each massage to what your body needs that day, whether that's deeper therapeutic work, nervous system relaxation, or focused relief for areas of chronic tension. In my practice I incorporate a variety of techniques including therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, Gua Sha, cupping, warm bamboo, and other modalities that help release tension and restore balance to the body. My goal is simple: to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you can relax, reset, and leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and more connected to your body.
