Axis Therapy & Performance

Axis Therapy & Performance

305 Milner Ave, Unit 107, Toronto, ON, M1B 3V4

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, Christopher obtained his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Chris developed his passion for physiotherapy through early experiences overcoming sports injuries and supporting older adults in movement-based programs, which inspired him to help others navigate their own rehabilitation journey with confidence and support. He uses a combination of education, manual therapy, and active rehabilitation to guide individuals toward their goals and empower them to return to the activities they love. Chris is always seeking opportunities to learn and expand his skill set in order to provide the best possible care for his patients. Outside of the clinic, Chris enjoys playing volleyball, ultimate frisbee, basketball, and has a love-hate relationship with running. In his free time, you can often find him baking, cooking, or creating food content to share on social media.
