Physiotherapist I have a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology from McMaster University. My areas of interest include musculoskeletal conditions, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation. I have experience treating orthopaedic and neurological conditions in both a hospital rehabilitation and outpatient orthopaedic setting. Since 2018 I have exclusively worked in a private practice outpatient setting focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation including acute and chronic injuries, sport injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, headaches, pain management, balance/falls prevention, and injury prevention. My treatment approach includes using a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercises, and acupuncture or other modalities. I have extensive post-graduate education in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation. I have experience managing and treating acute concussion, in addition to determining the underlying cause of persistent concussion symptoms. I am committed to providing individualized evidence-based treatment to help my clients reach their goals. I strongly believe in finding the root cause of the problem and collaborating with my clients to maximize their recovery and quality of life.
